PETG filament with a high resistance to electrostatic discharge.
Fiberlogy PETG ESD filament is designed to protect electronic components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharges. The material has high dissipation and antistatic properties for energy originating from discharges. As a result, Fiberlogy PETG ESD can significantly reduce damage or the risk of damage to your electronic devices. This technical filament is only available in black.
Electrostatic discharge often leads to high costs related to maintenance, repair, and replacement of vulnerable components that companies have to bear, especially those involved in producing and using electronics under conditions conducive to the occurrence of the ESD effect. The task of Fiberlogy PETG ESD is to prevent this threat. Therefore, Fiberlogy PETG ESD is useful for printing enclosures for printed circuit boards, controller boards, sensors, connectors, or measuring equipment.
Note: The sticker displays an incorrect printing temperature. The correct printing temperature is: 250-265°C
Due to the presence of nanoparticles, the filament structure is not smooth. The presence of thickening is natural, but it does not affect the correct diameter of the filament, which is within the declared range.
Due to the possibility of accumulation of nanoparticles, we recommend using a 0.6 mm nozzle, and if the nozzle clogs, the printing temperature should be increased.Due to the strong adhesion to the bed, it is not recommended to print directly on its surface or on glass. This can lead to damage. We recommend using a masking tape.
