Ordering and Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

We strive to hand over orders to the carrier on the same day or the next day at the latest. This applies to products that are in stock. If a product is not in stock, we will arrange for it to be imported from the supplier. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days. In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances, weekends, holidays, or during vacation periods.

Will I be notified about the delivery?

Yes, after we hand over your package to the carrier, you will receive various status emails with a Track and Trace link to track your package.

Who will deliver my package?

We have chosen PostNL as our carrier because we believe they offer the best service based on our own experience.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders of € 0,00 or more. For orders below this amount, we charge a competitive rate of € 9,95.

Can I pick up my order?

Certainly, if you live near Oostvoorne / Brielle, you can contact us to make an appointment for pickup.

Can I place a business order from Belgium with VAT shifted?

It is possible to place a business order from Belgium. If you enter a valid VAT number during the ordering process, the order will be automatically converted. You will be invoiced without VAT, and the invoice will indicate that the VAT has been shifted to you.

My order was damaged during transport, what should I do?

I have a discount code, how does it work?

When you have received a discount code, you can redeem it in the shopping cart before placing your order. A discount code may be valid for the entire range, specific products, or categories. The discount code does not apply to items already on sale or gift cards. However, the discount code can be applied to products with quantity discounts, allowing you to enjoy double savings!

What is the delivery time for the products?

We have explained above how long it takes for your order to arrive. However, the stated delivery time for a product is indicative. It is possible that when the website indicates that a product is in stock, the last units are being sold simultaneously. In this case, the principle applies: first come, first served. If we can no longer deliver from stock, we will do everything we can to reorder the product and deliver it as soon as possible.

Where are the products made?

Fiberlogy by Fiberlab is based in Poland. The products do not have to travel far as they come from the EU. This allows us to provide relatively fast restocking. Fiberlogy operates in a modern environment with the highest quality standards, ensuring that we deliver premium products.

I have seen a Fiberlogy product elsewhere, but it is not listed on your website. Can you still order it?

As a premium reseller, we can always offer competitive prices. If you have a specific request, such as HD PLA or another filament, please feel free to contact us. We will have this product in stock within 3-5 days, provided it is available from the supplier. Visit Fiberlogy's website to explore their wide range of products.

I am not satisfied with the product, what now?

You can return a filament, as long as it is still in its unopened and undamaged packaging, within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for opened or used products. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will promptly refund the amount using the payment method you used during checkout.

Our webshop is custom-made. Despite our efforts to prevent errors, it is possible that an error occurs. If you notice something strange or encounter an error message, please contact us. We will rectify it as soon as possible and thank you for bringing it to our attention.
