What is special PETG?
Special PETG refers to materials from the PETG family that are designed for specific applications. They retain the easy printability you expect from PETG while adding properties suited to technical parts. This category brings together Fiberlogy PETG ESD, PETG + PTFE and CPE HT. Most products are suitable for use with the Bambu Lab AMS.
Why choose PETG ESD, PETG + PTFE or CPE HT?
PETG ESD is electrostatically dissipative, making it a suitable choice for housings, holders and tools used around sensitive electronics. PETG + PTFE contains PTFE and is designed to reduce friction. It is well suited to sliding and moving parts such as guides, bushings and sliding components. This variant is available in black and natural.
CPE HT is a transparent copolyester from the same material family as PETG. It offers higher temperature resistance, making it suitable for parts that need to withstand heat. All three materials print as easily as PETG, so you can choose a specialised filament without giving up familiar processing.
Applications
- Housings, holders and tools used around sensitive electronics
- Guides, bushings and other sliding or moving parts
- Components that need to withstand greater heat exposure
The range
Choose the material that matches your application: PETG ESD for electrostatically dissipative parts, PETG + PTFE for lower-friction movement and CPE HT for transparent components with higher temperature resistance. This category is part of PETG & PCTG. For standard PETG, visit the separate PETG page.
