Fiberlogy ASA+AF is a strong and wear-resistant ASA filament reinforced with aramid fibers, ideal for technical applications requiring low friction and high impact resistance.
Fiberlogy ASA+AF filament is an advanced composite material based on ASA reinforced with aramid fibers. Thanks to its high resistance to UV radiation, humidity and temperatures up to approximately 94°C, this filament is highly suitable for technical applications and parts exposed to demanding conditions. The addition of aramid fibers provides increased wear resistance, high impact strength and low friction, making it ideal for functional parts with moving components.
Fiberlogy ASA+AF combines the weather resistance and printability of ASA with the mechanical advantages of fiber reinforcement. Compared to standard ASA, ASA+AF offers higher stiffness, improved durability and reduced deformation during printing. The material emits fewer unpleasant odors than ABS and is less prone to shrinkage and warping. This enables strong and dimensionally stable prints without requiring a fully enclosed printer. The filament is suitable for functional and technical prints where wear resistance and impact resistance are important.
Fiberlogy is known for its premium quality filament that meets the highest quality standards and goes beyond other manufacturers. By maintaining a diameter tolerance of 0.02 mm and a roundness tolerance of 0.01 mm, Fiberlogy ASA+AF stands out from the competition and helps you get the best performance from your 3D printer.
This filament, with its dimensions, is ideally suited for use with the Automatic Material Switcher (AMS) of Bambu Lab printers such as the X1C, P1S, and P1P. You can easily adjust the properties through Bambu Studio or the Bambu Lab Handy App.
