Magigoo Pro PA

Magigoo Pro PA is designed for professional use, specifically for working with nylon filaments (PA filament). The part is relatively easy to remove once cooled, and the adhesive residues can also be easily removed by following the provided procedure.

Polyamide (PA), also known as nylon, is a thermoplastic polymer with high toughness, flexibility, and chemical resistance. It has a strong molecular structure and is therefore ideal for applications where durability and resistance to chemicals are essential, such as in industrial components and mechanical parts. However, due to the non-polar nature of nylon, achieving good adhesion can be challenging when 3D printing, especially when using FDM technology. Magigoo Pro PA provides a solution to this problem through a special formula that enhances adhesion and ease of use when printing with nylon filaments.

Magigoo Pro PA is designed and tested to work with various brands of PA filament.

User instruction

• Shake the bottle vigorously.
• Apply to the desired area by pressing on the tip on the bed (activating the inner valve) and spread if necessary.
• Print according to the recommendations of the filament/printer manufacturer.
• Cool down and remove - The part should be easier to remove after sufficient cooling. If the part is difficult to remove, a scraper should be used to facilitate the removal of the printed object.
• Cleaning - Use a wet, hard sponge to remove all adhesive residues. If the adhesive layer is wet, it forms a white layer that can be easily removed with a scouring pad. If the layer is completely loose from the print surface, it can be wiped with a wet cloth and finally cleaned with a dry paper towel.

Safety

This adhesive is for professional use. Contact with eyes causes serious eye damage. Hands and exposed skin should be thoroughly washed after use.

Tips for using Magigoo Pro PA

For larger prints, a 20 mm border with multiple layers is recommended.

In case of excessive adhesion, it is recommended to moisten the print bed with a small amount of water and work slowly underneath the printed object, which should make removing the part easier.

Important note: The applicator has an active spring valve, which is activated when the applicator is pressed against the heated bed. Do not squeeze the bottle like a "ketchup bottle", as it may cause the applicator to detach. The bottle should only be lightly squeezed when the tip is pressed against the bed.
