Magigoo Pro Flex

Magigoo Pro Flex is developed for professional use and can only be used with the filaments TPU, TPE, and TPC.

Certain flexible filaments show less adhesion on conventional 3D print surfaces and have a high tendency to warp. Others adhere too well to bare 3D print surfaces such as glass and PEI. Magigoo Pro flex is a specialized solution for FDM flexible filament printing, developed for a wide range of flexible filament types. Magigoo Pro flex acts as an intermediary layer between the build plate and the printed part, enabling good adhesion.

Magigoo Pro Flex is developed and tested for use with various flexible filament brands, including Fiberlogy Fiberflex.

• Shake the bottle.
• Apply to the desired area by pressing the spring on the bed (activate the inner valve).
• Print according to the recommendations of the filament/printer manufacturer.
• Allow to cool and remove. The print should be immediately visible.
• Cleaning - Use a damp cloth to wipe off.

Extra Information:

Using this product with filaments other than flexible filaments can cause excessive adhesion and damage your surface.

For larger prints and filaments with high shrinkage, a margin of 20 mm is recommended. In case of excessive adhesion, it is advisable to wet the print bed with a little water and manipulate it underneath the part. This should make it easier to remove the part.

Important Note: The applicator has an active spring valve, which is activated when the applicator is pressed against the heated bed. Do not squeeze the bottle like a "ketchup bottle", otherwise the applicator may come loose. The bottle should only be lightly squeezed when the tip is pressed against the bed.
