Fiberlogy PETG FR V0 Natural

Fiberlogy PETG FR V0 Natural is a flame-retardant filament from Fiberlogy's FR (Flame Retardant) range. The material carries the UL94 V0 rating: a printed part self-extinguishes within 10 seconds after the flame is removed, without flaming drips. This makes it suitable for parts where fire safety is a requirement, such as electronics enclosures, vehicle parts and machine components.

Despite its flame-retardant properties, PETG FR V0 keeps the familiar advantages of PETG: good chemical resistance, low shrinkage, good dimensional stability and easy printing. The filament is halogen-free, and you don't need an enclosed printer or a special nozzle. Print at 220-250°C with a bed temperature of 90°C, on smooth PEI with adhesive, textured PEI or glass with adhesive. Use little cooling (0-25%).

PETG FR V0 is hygroscopic: it absorbs moisture from the air. Dry the filament before printing, for 4 hours at 60°C.
